This summary explains the core terms customers should expect to review before using AI MedPad. Signed order forms or agreements control where applicable.

Service access

Use of AI MedPad should follow the plan, account, and clinic access terms agreed between the customer and provider. Clinics are responsible for managing authorized users and preventing account sharing.

Clinical responsibility

Generated content is intended for clinician review. Clinicians remain responsible for final documentation, diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescriptions, referrals, and any information entered into a medical record.

Commercial terms

Pricing, renewals, cancellation, onboarding, support commitments, and any usage limits should be confirmed in the applicable order form or agreement.

Acceptable use

Customers should use AI MedPad only for lawful clinical documentation workflows and should not use it to bypass clinician review, create unsupported medical decisions, or process data outside approved customer workflows.
